3 easy steps to start training at Premier Sport Conditioning!

STEP 1 - Performance Evaluation

The first step is to evaluate each athlete to determine what areas need to be addressed in their training program. The Performance Evaluation takes approximately 1 hour and assesses the athlete in a number of different areas of performance that include flexibility, posture, running mechanics, speed, strength, power, and change of direction.  The PSC staff will then sit down to discuss evaluation results and recommend the right program for the athlete. Simply call (330) 487-0810 or email us to setup an evaluation time. 

STEP 2 - Choose training days and times

Once the evaluation is complete, the athlete has the option to train 1 to 4 days/week based on what works best into their schedule.  Athletes choose their training days and times.  We understand an athlete's schedule is very busy and that is why we have Flexible Scheduling which allows athletes to change their training days/times each week if they need to.

STEP 3 - Program design

Once the athlete chooses training days and times, the PSC staff will then personally design the athletes program based on the results of the evaluation.  We take pride in our ability to individualize each athlete's training plan so it is right for them.
