Junior High/High School Program
Ages: 12-18 years

 The JHHS program provides each athlete with superior training to improve overall athleticism.  This is done by developing efficient movement mechanics, speed, first step quickness, strength, agility, power, core strength, flexibility, reactivity, dynamic balance, joint stabilization, nutrition and recovery.  PSC training methods use progressive sequences of drills and exercises that are sport-specific combining the science and application necessary for improved sport performance with today's athlete.

1 on 1 Private Athlete Training

PSC's 1 on 1 athlete training provides the athlete with the highest level of personalized training available. Each training session is 60 minutes in length and focuses on the individual needs of the athlete to generate optimal results.

Team Training

Elevate your team's performance to a whole new level this season with PSC team training. A PSC Performance Coach will discuss your training needs and then implement a program around what you are looking to accomplish with your team. Our goal is to work with the coaching staff and use our expertise to design the highest quality program that will yield results. We will accommodate your needs by coming out to the school or arranging the team to train at PSC. Each team program will be customized to the training needs of the athletes and will be discussed with all the coaches prior to the start of the program.

Premier Adult Fitness
Ages: All Ages

 This program was specifically designed for men and women and uses new, innovative exercises to improve core strength, balance, functional strength, lean muscle tone and overall health and well being. Each session is different, adds variety, plus has a twist of sport conditioning to help you achieve your fitness goals. Experience the Adult Functional Fitness class….Whether you are new to working out or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the training is modified to suit individual needs. You will learn new training techniques and leave each session feeling great, motivated and on the right track to achieving great results.

Register for Premier Adult Fitness


1 on 1 Adult Personal Training

From fitness enthusiasts to individuals looking to shed pounds, tone up, get rid of nagging pains or just live a healthier more energetic life, PSC can help you get on the right track! One of our knowledgeable Performance Coaches will sit down with you to assess your goals then design and implement a specific training program to target those goals. Achieving your goals is about improving the functionality of your body by targeting your core, balance, posture, full body strength, and flexibility without the use of machines but rather in "real life" postures using dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, bands, and balance equipment. Whether you are experienced or new to working out, we will design the program that is right for you. Most importantly you will have fun, learn new training methods and achieve the results you are looking for.
