Complete Athlete Conditioning

Ages: 12-18 years

The Complete Athlete Conditioning program provides each athlete with superior training to improve overall athleticism.  This is done by developing efficient movement mechanics, speed, first step quickness, strength, agility, power, core strength, flexibility, reactivity, dynamic balance, joint stabilization, nutrition and recovery.  Each PSC session uses progressive sequences of drills and exercises that are sport-specific combining the science and application necessary for improved sport performance with today's athlete.

Athletic Speed & Agility Program

This program solely focuses on developing the athlete's body for improved speed on the playing field.  Designed by former Olympic level track athlete and Director of Performance, Mike Caza, this program delivers high quality training in running technique, linear and multi-directional acceleration, top end speed, linear plyometrics and core training that progresses as the athlete becomes proficient with their training.  Each 60 minute session focuses on PSC's sensory feedback teaching methods that teach proper "feel" of ground contact, body position and whole body movements as it relates to maximizing speed development.

FUNdamental Youth Conditioning

Ages: 8-11 years

Program Dates:April 13 - June 03 (8 weeks)

Research shows that up to 90% of an athlete's motor skills are ingrained between the ages of 8-11.  For this reason, helping young athletes learn "how to" start training properly at this age while building self esteem and confidence is important. The FUNdamental Youth Conditioning Program introduces the young athlete to fundamental training techniques that will improve development in:

  • Running Form / Speed
  • Body Awareness
  • Coordination
  • Acceleration
  • Body Weight Strength Training
  • Reaction
  • Balance

High Performance ELITE Conditioning

PSC’s High Performance Elite Conditioning program prepares professional and collegiate athletes as well as athletes entering college in the fall with a distinct competitive advantage on the competition. The program focuses on individualized high intensity training in the areas of acceleration, speed, strength, power, therapy and regeneration while refining movement mechanics for greater efficiency on the playing field.  The High Performance Program utilizes PSC's unparalleled training methods to help each athlete reach a new level of athleticism.

Team Training

Elevate your team's performance to a whole new level this season with PSC team training. A PSC Performance Coach will discuss your training needs and then implement a program around what you are looking to accomplish with your team. Our goal is to work with the coaching staff and use our expertise to design the highest quality program that will yield results. We will accommodate your needs by coming out to the school or arranging the team to train at PSC. Each team program will be customized to the training needs of the athletes and will be discussed with all the coaches prior to the start of the program.

1 on 1 Private Athlete Training

PSC's 1 on 1 Private Athlete training provides the athlete with the highest level of individualized attention available.  Each 60 minute session is tailored to the individual needs of the athlete.

Premier Adult Fitness

Ages: All Ages

This program was specifically designed for men and women and uses new, innovative exercises to improve core strength, balance, functional strength, lean muscle tone and overall health and well being. Each session is different, adds variety, plus has a twist of sport conditioning to help you achieve your fitness goals. Experience the Adult Functional Fitness class….Whether you are new to working out or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the training is modified to suit individual needs. You will learn new training techniques and leave each session feeling great, motivated and on the right track to achieving great results.
