What You Can Expect from PSC training
Prior to the start of training, we evaluate each athlete using our signature Performance Evaluation to determine the athlete’s current level and identify their strengths and weaknesses. Results of the evaluation correlate with greater potential to perform better in sports. Below are the average improvements athlete's have achieved in the Performanc e Evaluation after training in our program for a minimum of 24 sessions:

| Pushup Test | +6.54 repetitions | The pushup test is a measure of general strengthand endurance.
Scores range from 1-80 pushups depending on the level of the athlete. |
| Vertical Jump | +2.91 inches | The vertical jump test is a measure of explosive power. Scores range from 10-45 inches depending on the level of the athlete. |
| Standing Broad Jump | +6.36 inches | The standing broad jump is a measure ofhorizontal power. Scores
range from 50-120 inches depending on the level of the athlete. |
| 20 Yard Sprint | -0.165 seconds | The 20 yard sprint is a test of acceleration and running mechanics. Times range from 2.60 to 4.20 seconds depending on the level of the athlete. |
| Pro Agility | -0.21 seconds | The pro agility test assesses how quickly the
athlete can change directions. Times range from
4.0 seconds to 5.90 seconds depending on
the level of the athlete. |
