What You Can Expect from PSC training

Prior to the start of training, we evaluate each athlete using our signature Performance Evaluation to determine the athlete’s current level and identify their strengths and weaknesses.  Results of the evaluation correlate with greater potential to perform better in sports.  Below are the average improvements athlete's have achieved in the Performance Evaluation after training in our program for a minimum of 24 sessions:

Standing Broad Jump      +6.36 inches                                The standing broad jump is a measure of

20 Yard Sprint                 -0.165 seconds                             The 20 yard sprint is a test of acceleration and

                                                                                               running mechanics. Times range from 2.60

                                                                                               to 4.20 seconds depending on the level of the

                                                                                               athlete.

Pro Agility                        -0.21 seconds                               The pro agility test assesses how quickly the

                                                                                               athlete can change directions.  Times range from

                                                                                               4.0 seconds to 5.90 seconds depending on

                                                                                               the level of the athlete.
