My coach Kevin Gross. He demonstrates an amazing work ethic, and has been a great source of encouragement. He also has helped me keep my priorities straight.

How has PSC helped you? 
PSC, I feel, has helped unleash my full potential. After I had shoulder surgery, I lost a lot of my speed and my agility that I had built up months before being injured. PSC helped me gained all that back, and more.  I feel like I have an edge over athletes who don’t attend PSC.
