Mike Caza
Founder/Performance Director
Mike Caza is recognized as a leader in the field of strength and conditioning. This is due to his unique, innovative style of training and the extraordinary results he and the PSC team have helped athletes achieve. Caza's unparalleled training methods, professional credentials and "real world" experience have attracted athletes of all ages and skill levels to seek out PSC's guidance. These athletes range from youth to high school to collegiate and professional athletes and teams. Caza was himself a successful world class track athlete having represented the Canadian National track team worldwide where he gained valuable experience. Mike has received numerous awards for his accomplishments throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Africa where he high jumped 7'5 measuring 18 inches over his standing height of 5'11.

Aaron Bieniek
Assistant Performance Director/Sports Performance Coach
Aaron Bieniek is a Sport Performance Coach with PSC and is also in charge of all aspects of PSC's Performance Evaluation. Aaron received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Urbana University in Sport Science. Aaron is certified with distinction through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Aaron was a member of the varsity soccer team at Urbana University. Upon graduation, Aaron participated in an internship at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Winchester, Massachusetts. At Boyle's, Aaron gained valuable experience while working with athlete's of all different levels. He was also the acting Strength and Conditioning coach for the Women's Basketball team for the 2007 and 2008 season at Urbana University.
Jamie Ganz
Sports Performance Coach
Jamie Ganz is a Sports Performance Coach with PSC and attended Lakeland Community College before moving on to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee to study Exercise Science and accept a baseball scholarship. While a pitcher at APSU, he was part of the Ohio Valley Conference championship team and advanced to the College World Series. Upon graduation, Jamie completed an internship with Max Sports Center in Columbus where he trained athletes ranging from youth to professional while expanding his knowledge in the sport sciences. After Jamie completed his internship, he played professional baseball in the Independent League where he gained valuable experience. Jamie's combination of athletic experience and education in the sport sciences helps him relate to the individual needs of each athlete.
Kyle Von Carlowitz
Sports Performance Coach
Kyle Von Carlowitz brings a wealth of knowledge from several different aspects of the Strength and Conditioning field to PSC including work youth athletes as well as with collegiate athletes whle interning at Kent State University. While working towards his Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kyle worked as a Graduate Assistant and gained invaluable experience in the classroom as a teacher and in the lab as a researcher. Kyle is a member of the National Stength and Conditioning Association and is Certified through the International Youth Conditioning Association. Kyle also played competitive sports at the high school and collegiate level. While in high school, Kyle played basketball and football and in College played football while at John Carroll University and Rugby at Kent State University.

Dane Lee
Sports Performance Coach
Dane Lee interned at PSC in the Summer of 2010 and was hired upon completion of his internship. Dane graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Exercise Science and is Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as through the Ohio State Chiropractic Association as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant. Dane is also a well accomplished gymnast having spent 2 years on the Men's Gymnastic's team at Kent State where he was a 2 time National Qualifier. Dane's experience as both acomplished athlete combined with his knowledge of the sport sciences has been very beneficial in helping PSC athletes accomplish their goals.
