5. Measuring Progress
We evaluate our athletes at the start of each new training session and then 8-12 weeks later using our National Performance Index (NPI). The NPI is a points system that gives athletes a certain number of points on each of their Performance Tests. The results are then calculated and progress reports are sent out to athletes/parents so they can see the progress that has been made. This also enables the PSC Staff to analyze each athlete and make adjustments to their training as needed.
